Stock/Costs Editor Overview |

| The stock and costs editor provides an easy to
use spread sheet type interface for creating and editing stock
and cost files for use by LxDesigner. These files are used by
the equipment reports to highlight shortages and the cost of
hiring or purchasing the required equipment. The data is saved
in CSV format which can be edited by Excel if preferred. A
stock file simply lists all of the equipment available at a
venue. A cost file specifies the hire or purchase cost for
each piece of equipment added to the spread sheet. Multiple
cost files can be produced for different suppliers. The one
used is then specified in LxDesigner. The stock/costs editor
is supplied with both the standard and lite versions of
LxDesigner. |
